These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phil88 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

Each player may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, identity documents, mobile number, IP address, device, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across affected accounts.
Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of phil88 and its affiliated gaming studio partners are prohibited from holding player accounts or participating in real-money gambling activities on the Platform.
To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and thereafter is truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
Phil88 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You must provide a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document — accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or voter's ID. Phil88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for AML compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Phil88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify phil88 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your Account.
Phil88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Phil88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Phil88 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds with prior notice to players.
Withdrawal requests for accounts that have completed KYC verification are processed within the following standard timeframes: GCash and PayMaya — approximately 15 minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) — 1 to 3 business days. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees. Processing may be delayed during periods of high volume, national holidays, or when additional verification is required.
For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Phil88 may require additional verification before approving withdrawals where this policy cannot be applied.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Phil88 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
All bonuses awarded by phil88 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The general wagering requirement is 20× the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is specified in the applicable promotion terms.
Phil88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, hedging, or exploitation of software errors is identified. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinated play between accounts to generate bonus credits.
Phil88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Promotions are offered at phil88's sole discretion and may be geographically restricted or limited to specific player segments.
All games available on the Platform are provided by PAGCOR-approved game studios and utilize certified random number generators (RNG) that are subject to regular third-party auditing. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect statistical long-term averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's software logic. Phil88 is not liable for losses arising from player-side technical issues including internet disconnection, device failure, or browser incompatibility.
If a game is found to have been played in error due to a software malfunction or technical error, phil88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the player's Wallet. Winnings generated during a verified software error period are not payable.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
Phil88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion with or without prior notice where it has reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory directive, or a court order.
Upon closure of an Account for breach, any outstanding balance in the Wallet may be forfeited at phil88's discretion, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phil88 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Wallet balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials — is owned by or licensed to phil88 and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of phil88.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phil88's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Phil88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phil88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Phil88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Planned maintenance periods and unplanned outages may occur. Phil88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and communicate maintenance windows in advance where practicable.
Phil88's collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Phil88 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
